 Before describing the operation steps, I must explain that there are no wrong words in the following contents. Learners can open the AOI detector equipment and operate step by step according to this article. Some machines and testing principles will be involved in the steps to deepen the understanding of operators.
1、 Turn on the AOI detector, safety lock and three power supplies of the host. At this time, please check whether the emergency button is in the pop-up state. If it is in the pressed state, rotate it to the left to make it pop up;
2、 Prepare a standard PCB printed circuit board without process problems, and buckle it into PCB splint;
3、 Start the detection software, and there are three buttons in the interface: "new", "open" and "return to the main interface". If the PCB on the PCB splint has not been programmed in the machine before, or the PCB data has not been saved in the machine, click "new". "New" belongs to the highest device management authority, so you need to enter the management password, and then enter the operation wizard. The first step of the wizard requires setting the starting point of the PCB. The starting point here refers to the two points on the opposite corner of the PCB, and the accuracy is not strict;
4、 After setting the starting and ending points, enter the mark point setting. The function of mark point is that because there is a certain deviation in the position of each plate placement, the CCD camera of AOI detector will track two mark points, and automatically adjust the image of the detection surface as a reference. Therefore, the two mark points cannot be set in parallel. Otherwise, when the PCB is tilted to one side, the CCD camera will not be able to accurately adjust the image. Therefore, it is still necessary to set them diagonally. It is recommended to cross the diagonal lines of the start and end points of the PCB. It should be noted that the greater the distance between the two mark points, the greater the role of mark points.
5、 After mark point is set, the component registration will be entered. Generally, all components on PCB board are required to be registered. Our AOI detector equipment detection and analysis software has built-in resistance, capacitance and other common selection boxes, so as to reduce the operation. For example, the resistance is composed of three ordinary boxes, which reduces two steps of operation and greatly reduces the programming time. Right click on "register" and select "test range";
6、 After completing these operations, press F2 on the keyboard, and then click "Settings" at the bottom of the real-time screen. In the pop-up mode setting dialog box, select the debugging method as "all debugging" and "batch learning confirmation". Other options can be selected by default. After confirming the settings, click the "test button" at the bottom of the real-time screen to learn. The purpose of this step is to save all framed components in the host as standard components. After the test button is executed, the standard component confirmation diagram will pop up. After the confirmation, the AOI programming is finished.
7、 Then it can be put into the PCB for normal detection. It should be noted that when testing, the "all debugging" should be changed to "normal detection" in the setting at the bottom of the real-time screen.
The above steps of the equipment testing and analysis software of Yier AOI tester seem complicated, but in fact, they can be summarized as follows: 1. Set the start and end points of PCB; 2. Set mark points; 3. Select components by frame; 4. Batch learning. In practice, the third step and the fourth step are the same big step.
